The corporation was formed in 1980 to provide property management, bookkeeping service, and business formation and evaluation services for affiliated and nonaffiliated persons and/or entities. The corporation has organized and maintained the books and records for approximately 20 privately offered limited partnerships and three publicly registered limited partnerships. The scope of the services performed includes investor correspondence, distributions to investors and financial reporting. From 1987 through 1989 the corporation was responsible for the management of a 247 space mobile home park and from 1987 to 1992 the administration of a residential homeowners association. From 2000 through 2002 the corporation was responsible for the predevelopment demolition and subdivision infrastructure construction of an 81 acre subdivision. The company is now looking for more development opportunities.

During this three and a half year period I interned and then became a full-time Senior Staff member of the Strategy Finance and Economics division. My duties included special engagement auditing and litigation support with an emphasis in construction, healthcare and information technology. I quickly became a valued member of the team with my extensive knowledge of information technology and my ability to apply it to large amounts of data. I created a number of custom applications that processed large amounts of data for de-duplication, drive analysis, and claim analysis. Representative clients included, but were not limited to: Peter Keiwit & Sons, Qwest Communications, Banner Health Care, Arthur Andersen, GES, Styling Technologies, and the Department of Justice.
